The tulip I used as a reference was a gift and it was a wonderful subject to paint and spend time with. It reminds me of an elegant silk dress with draping folds which just about let the eyes see the forms they hug.

This is an original painting, a one of its kind in my portfolio. Painted using the best materials which will give it a long lasting and vibrant life.
