Golden Apple

While I was working on the nasturtiums, I came across a beautiful picture by Mitrut Burghina of what I first thought was a quince, but instead turned out to be an apple. He was kind to alllow me to use the picture as a reference for a painting that reminds me of my childhood, of my grandfather who loved to sit, peel apples and eat them calmly, while sharing with the rest of the family on quiet evenings in the warm kitchen.

This is an original painting, a one of its kind in my portfolio. Painted using the best materials which will give it a long lasting and vibrant life.

Watercolor on 300g paper.
